The App Info tab contains information for your entire application and the PRD.
App Name
The app name (and icon if there is one) on the App Info tab is for information only. You can change the name and icon on the Settings screen.
App Description
You have the option to edit the description. We recommend making any edits to the description once you’ve finalized the PRD. This lets you update the description to more accurately reflect the app based on changes you’ve made during your fine tuning. Don’t worry, this will not re-run PRD-AI, so you won’t lose the changes you’ve made to your PRD. This is only for your reference.
User Roles
PRD-AI automatically identifies user roles based on your prompt and assigns them to the features presented. You can add, edit, and remove roles based on your requirements. Your changes are reflected in the features. For example, if you remove a user role on the App Info tab, every instance of that role is removed from every feature. However, if you add a user role, you have to manually add it to features.
Attachments
You can upload files and attach them to your PRD. Currently, these files are for your reference only and do not affect your PRD.
Files can be a maximum of 10MB and must be in one of the supported formats.

Estimated Azure Costs
PRD-AI can provide an estimated cost for your app using Azure information.
Click Generate AI Cost Estimation. If the option is disabled, you need to add at least one feature to your PRD. Estimates cannot be generated if a PRD has no defined features.
PRD-AI provides estimated monthly and annual costs for Azure services for your app.
To view the details of the estimates, click Show More.
The estimates panel expands to show the details of the estimate. If your PRD has been updated and the estimates are no longer accurate, you have the option to refresh the estimates.
To edit the details of the estimates, click Edit.
In the Edit Cost Estimate screen, you can adjust the following variables to refine your estimates.
User Count: Update the number of Active Users and Concurrent Users to better represent the app's usage patterns.
Region: Change the hosting region for your app.
Service Level: Update the service levels for the Azure Services.

Azure Active Directory
Azure Active Directory B2C

As the you make changes, the estimates update automatically. Click Save to save the new updated estimate.
Note: Syncing Azure Costs Estimates and PRD NFRs
Azure Costs Estimation and the NFRs in the PRD synchronize to ensure consistency between resource planning and cost calculations.
If you edit criteria in the Azure Cost Estimate, PRD-AI automatically updates all impacted NFRs in the PRD upon save. You don't need to do anything else.
If you update an NFR acceptance criteria that affects the Azure Cost Estimate (such as concurrent users or active users), when you view the Azure Costs Estimation, you get a prompt to refresh because the estimates are out of sync with the PRD.
This synchronization can take a few moments to propagate. Watch for notifications in the upper-right corner of the window.
