How do I define context?
You can define your Context Settings at different levels:
Organization level — Context Settings at the organization level are used as the default for all your applications and PRDs. However, you can change or add to these values for each PRD. You set the Organization-level settings in the Dashboard. In the Grow your Reuse Asset card, select Module Catalog and the Context Settings tab.
Application/PRD level — You can provide Context Settings at the app/PRD level in the following locations:
When you Create an app using PRD-AI.
After you’ve provided the app description, expand the Provide Context section. All fields are optional.
If the settings were defined at the organization level, those values are included by default. You can leave the defaults, change them, or add to them as you are creating each new app.
To add new context, enable the context type using the slider and provide the values.
If you're unsure of what to include in a context type, each type includes example text and a View Examples option.
In the Context Settings tab of the Planning page.
The values here are those provided during the app creation. You can leave the defaults, change them, or add to them as you are creating each new app.
If you add or change the values on the Context Settings tab, when you use the AI Tools to add or suggest new features, PRD-AI considers the updated context settings to provide better suggestions.
To add context, click + Add Context, select the content type and add your values.
If you're unsure of what to include in a context type, each type includes example text and a View Examples option.
To change the values in a content type, click the edit icon. In the Edit dialog box, make any changes and click Save.
To delete a content type, click the trash icon.
