On the Documents Page you create, customize, and manage AI-generated documents tailored to your specific needs. Use this feature to generate documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Technical Specifications, and Compliance Checklists and more by providing detailed prompts, context, and templates.
Creating a Document
Click + Create Document.
Enter a name for the document.
Provide a description of what the document should include. For example:
"Generate a Business Requirements Document that outlines objectives, KPIs, and dependencies."
If you need ideas, click View Examples to see sample prompts for common document types, including Business Requirements Document, Technical Specification Summary, User Journey Outline, Marketing Brief, and Compliance Checklist.
(Optional) Select any context you want to include, such as PRDs or related files, to guide the AI in generating your document.
(Optional) Upload a template if you need the document to follow a specific layout or format. Templates must be in PDF format.
Click Create Document to generate your document.
Managing Documents
You can manage your documents directly from the Documents page. The available actions include:
Viewing documents: All created documents appear on the Documents page, with name and description to help you quickly identify and manage them.
Opening and Editing documents: Click Open to view a document. Use the WYSIWYG editor to make edits to the content.
Downloading documents: Click Download to export a document. You can download it as either a PDF or a Markdown file.
