Enhancing Your Existing PRD

Enhance an existing PRD by uploading it into Crowdbotics and refining it with PRD-AI. This method is perfect for scaling or improving an existing product, allowing you to address gaps, suggest new features, and improve clarity and structure.

Enhancing Your Existing PRD

1. On the Creating a PRD page, click Enhance PRD.        
   The Upload PRD screen opens.

2. Upload your current PRD document. Accepted formats include:

   • PDF: Standard PRD file format

   • DOCX: Microsoft Word documents

   • TXT: Plain text files

3. Provide details about the PRD and its purpose, such as:

   • Project Goals: Summarize what you aim to achieve with this PRD.

   • Areas of Focus: Indicate sections you want to refine or expand.

4. Click Generate Recommendations to have PRD-AI analyze and propose enhancements for your PRD.
