Tasks Feature Phase-out Notice
The "Tasks" feature is being phased out and replaced by our Jira integration. Moving forward, Jira tasks should be created within the Crowdbotics app, allowing for seamless task management directly in Jira.
New Projects: The "Tasks" feature will not be available for new projects.
Existing Projects: The "Tasks" feature will remain available for now, but it may be removed in the future.
Please transition to using the Jira integration for task management to ensure continued support and functionality.
The following is the contents of the Tasks screen in the App workspace.
Important
The visibility and availability of some functionality depends on your account type. For more information about account types, contact our Support team.
If your account is configured with Proposals functionality, you can View the Proposal.
You can search for Milestones (Tasks) at the top of the page.
The Tasks screen contains tabs for various areas of the project.
Tabs include:
Overview — Here you can set Basic Info, Goals & Objectives, Additional Information, and Attachments.
Payments
Milestone statuses including:
In Development
Needs Approval
Delivered
Timeline
Documents, including Service Agreements, PRDs, Invoices, and Receipts.
